The client interacted with his peers in a positive manner while playing a game on the computer with his classmates. Midday The client followed directions on the first prompt while participating in his resource class. In the afternoon The client exhibited difficulty with remaining focused and sitting quietly in his chair while completing his class work. QMHP-C greeted upon arrival to the school setting. During morning observations, QMHP-C provided The client with verbal praise and encouraged him to continue to interact with his peers in a positive manner. Midday QMHP-C provided The client with positive reinforcement and encouraged him to continue to follow directions on the first prompt. In the afternoon QMHP-C redirected The client and reiterated the importance of remaining focused and sitting quietly in his seat while in class. The client responded well towards Therapeutic Day Treatment services as evidenced by positive participation and feedback. During morning observations, The client agreed to continue to interact with his peers in a positive manner while on the computer. Midday The client continued to follow directions on the first prompt while in resource. In the afternoon The client was receptive to redirection and agreed to remain focused and to sit quietly in his chair while completing his class work. He also agreed to continue to track his behavior on his self-monitoring chart.
